About Tessa

Hello again! As you probably know by now, my name is Tessa.
I’m a licensed real estate consultant at Connected Realty and I’m the founder of Austin’s proposal planning company Amore Austin.

Before working in real estate and creating Amore Austin, I spent four years as a Marketing Communications Specialist across large international organizations and small local start-ups. Then I finally accepted I wasn’t an “office gal”, gleefully skipped down the entrepreneurial road and haven’t looked back since!

I’d love to tell you where I’m from, but I’m not entirely sure. I was raised in Australia and Asia before moving to Boston, where I did a brief, very cold stint at Northeastern University. I then transferred to the University of Miami. After graduating with degrees in advertising and marketing, I spent time between Chicago, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai before finally settling down in Austin 3 years ago.

When I’m not helping people make their definition of home a reality or planning unforgettable romantic events, you can find me reading restaurant menus, traveling near and far, running for fun, and spending time with my dogs, Newman and Dobby!
